Monthly Meal Plan [per month] - $120
This service incorporates a monthly meal plan created using foods you are familiar with. The plan will include the breakdown of total calories for carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
We offer two meal adjustments with this service.
Macro Consultation [via phone call] - $20 per hour
You may want to take your fitness goal to the next level but haven't figured out the right plan for your lifestyle. Our macro consultation provides you with your daily macronutrient goals to fine tune your fitness regime. Please remember that determining your proper macronutrient ratio is based off of experimentation and feedback, therefore, a follow up is needed to ensure appropriate macro levels.
- Basic explanation of macronutrients and how to use them to reach your fitness goals
- Discussion about personal life, lifestyle, environment, current workout program, dietary restrictions, and current fitness goals
- Appropriate macronutrient ratio for training and non-training days
- Food suggestions (no meal plans)
