OUR STORY

Spoken into reality

During the fall of 2015, Damian Azubuike began training clients as a service. Meanwhile, David Addo was working with various designer brands to cultivate new clothing concepts. Then the unexpected happened, a pandemic had hit and both individuals were forced to adapt. On August 22, 2020 Damian bumped into David and informed him of his plans to rebrand his fitness business and David, who was currently working on a lifestyle brand app, agreed. Damian brings over 15 years of resistance training experience, while David brings his vast knowledge of cardiovascular and mobility training. Ugochi joined soon after and spearheaded efforts to debunk myths surrounding women and weightlifting. All that was left was to find Tochi Nwosu, which they did.
